There was simply NO WAY he was going to make up enough votes to turn this around. Virginia's not like other states. We're pretty accurate on our vote tallies the first time we count.

How many Absentee voters showed up to vote on Election Day in Virginia? Do you really think Democrats are more civilized in Virginia than they are in Florida and Ohio and at www.moveon.org and at ACORN????

Evidently Stuck on Stupid is a Badge of Courage in Virginia, but the count was too close to not warrant another look. That's why the Law in Virginia requires an automatic re-count to get it right.
