Yet it's the Dem Senators from LA that continue to demand a $100B in federal handouts?

I view Mississippi as the future. Imagine all the long term economic strength. Since the unions won't get a foot hold, it could continue to be solid GOP. How about a GOP version of the Free State Project?

FYI - Louisiana has only ONE Dem Senator.
