IMO, it's his own d*#% fault. If he had led and governed as he campaigned (especially in 2000, but also in 2004), he wouldn't be in this mess.

For example, he enlarged the government with "No Child Left Behind" and the Prescription-Drug entitlement. He and Sen. Santorum backed Spector for re-election in '04, instead of the conservative, Toomey. He ignored illegal immegration for most of the past 6 years, and now wants to find a way to allow those illegals already here to stay=amnesty.

As disappointed as I am by the election results, much of the blame lies right in President Bush's lap. (I like many of his policies, but these exceptions really bother me.) Just my opinion....

I was disappointed with the way his Dad wrapped up his term, and I'm sad to say that W has repeated that experience. I feel like they both let us down. :(
