Sure, I understand. I was floored when Fox called the races for O'Malley and Cardin in my state of MD just after 9PM, with less than 10% of the precincts in.

It turned out, however, they projected it correctly, based on data they were seeing and we weren't. It's likely the same has been done with the absentee ballots in MT.

Buck up. We survived Carter....we'll get through this, as well.

I just don't want to end up with Joe Lieberman sitting on the Supereme Court, that would be tragic.

The absentee ballots in at least Yellowstone County, Montana were counted FIRST, not last. While there may be a handful of late military absentee ballots trickling in, most absentee ballots are likely counted. All that should be left are provisional ballots and those few military absentees.

This race is over.

Ehrlich really hurt. I live in MD and we went
from Glendinning(D) speniding to oblivion to
balance budget and deficit.

Exit pols said he was too close to BUSH
and we get OMALLEY.
