I am personally skeptical of deep dark conspiracy theories. The "professionalism" of a document may just mean that the author had a lot of time on his hands.

In design and analysis the rule is to go with the simplest answer that fits the requirements. In this case, it is a single terrorist firing a single missile downing the jet. This was followed by a Clinton administration which refused to acknowledge the existence of a domestic terrorism threat.

BTW: I have slightly more than a passing interest in this story. I still keep an old boarding pass of mine pinned to my cube wall:

I too question the multiple aircraft issue, but don't doubt a single missile.

the bogus assumptions of the CIA-NTSB are (literally) incredible. Rather, uncredible.

but this WAS the Clinton administration, and they had a covering, cowering, protective press.
