This article is a little out of date. IUPUI made an offer to the student group, which included a Black Student Affairs Office and $78,000 for black student groups ($10,000 more than the IUPUI student government's budget for all campus clubs combined, incidentally).
The group rejected the offer today, claiming that it was insufficient.
Shows that they really don't want what they want, they just want to make trouble.
