Rush was talking about the Brie. I have a great recipe. I take a round large Brie and cut the top off and sprinkle some brown sugars and Walnuts and a little butter and bake it. It is marvelous with the wine! YUM Trying not to make male chauvinist comment about the Rush thread devolving into recipe trading.
