Such hyperbole! Seems to me the American electorate stood shoulder to shoulder with the troops in both 2002 and 2004, the latter presidential election being a lot more important than 2006.
Yes, we are all disappointed. And, yes, we need to vent.
But further divisiveness is not going to make the troops safer, today or tomorrow. The election is over.
