Maybe he's going to announce a new Department of Climate Change.
And make Algore Secretary of Defense. Perfect combo. Algore said recently that we need to start considering moving to another planet. Algore would be first in line for the new Cabinet position of Secretary of Interplanetary Defense. ;)
