Good grief, folks - hurricanes and snowstorms????????

How about a power outage at all the MSM outlets, print and broadcast, for say, about 2 years?

Amazing that this slow witted guy was the early favorite among Freepers for the Presidency in 2008. Again, I attribute it to the giddy man-crush many conservatives have on slow witted, easily befuddled guys who wear cowboy boots and a cowboy hat.

I'm on a no tv news black out. I missed his concession speech. Webb is a no class, treacherous pig. George Allen is a GOOD man. He might have lost this one, but he was MSM and the DNC's biggest target.

I know!!! But I just couldn't resist :)

Between the anti-Alleners, the anti-WalMarters and the anti-smokers around here, my head is just spinning, so I look for levity anywhere I can find it.

Well nothing to speculate about now as Allen did his due diligence and then promptly left the scene. He handled himself with grace and class. Will we live to see this in our lifetime from the Rats? Probably not.

And you know what? I like Rudy too. He's all about competence. And we can use that on our side. McCain I find too chippy and people close to him don't like him. That's not a good sign.

- Will Bush 'dust-off' his M.O. from the Texas years as Governor when he happily 'worked with' a Texas

NO, Bush has already met with the new President of Mexico and assured him there will be a comprehensive immigration reform bill(amnesty) with the new congress.

I ask, how could it have turned out any different if the President was a traitor? He seemed thrilled that he will get the immigration that the republican controlled house refused him.

The Council on Foriegn Relations plan sure seems real to me.

"Allen would be seen as a formidable candidate for the Senate in 2008, if Warner retires"

1. Jahn will not retire.
2. Former GOV Warner (D) would walk into the seat if he wanted it.

"only thing to look forward to is Kaine appointing Warner to Webb's seat".....

That will not happen. Webb is "in place" within sight of DC. like Robb was. Very similar and if he "keeps his nose clean"..........

More likely scenario is Kaine replacing RINO Jahn with GOV Warner if anything should happen to Jahn.

...after Webb is committed to a nuthouse.
My, admittedly sardonic, point was that if his emotional problems led to his expulsion from the Senate another Dem would replace him.
