GW Bush is not, and never has been a conservative but he is well on his way to destroying the Republican Party through an ill-conceived and unnecessary foriegn war, idiotic uncontrolled domestic spending and an inane desire to please the political opposition while poking his finger in the eyes of the folks who supported him.

Then prepare to stop supporting him. The House Republicans were his only roadblock on amnesty. It's a done deal now. The only silver lining is that Republicans who oppose it can campaign on this issue in '08 and it'll likely be a winner with voters.

And I would support whatever investigation the Dems want to do on Bush and his admin. if amnesty passes. If this comes to pass, I wouldn't mind if he did a perp walk.
