I'm putting out the name Mark Sanford for POTUS to see what Freepers think of him.

How is he going to fight the embarrassing Election Day disaster that he had posted all over the news that he was not prepared to vote. I think he needs to explain himself or his competition is going to majorly use this against him in a very negative way. I don't mind him running for President because I think he would do great, but he will have to discuss this so it is a non issue. The news seriously made him look like an idiot and that was the first time I am many others even knew him. I went and looked at the "goober's" website after that and found him to be a great candidate. He is not a goober, but someone who was not prepared to vote.

That's certainly something to take into consideration. How well does he combat negative media attention?

Being from up North gives me a disadvantage in seeing news coverage. I was searching for some video to see how good of a speaker he is but stupid QuickTime(YouTube) doesn't want to work on my comp even though I updated it. T^T
