Fitzpatrick has conceded and will not ask for a recount according to the last reports I saw.
Hadn't heard about that. He should have at least waited for the overseas absentees to come in. Same thing for Jennings in FL-13, BTW. While a concession is not legally binding (ask Gore), it will be awkward to say the least if the absentees and provisionals make these races so close that a recount is required.
