but instead, Bush and James Baker are going to "own" the ugly exit strategy.

The dems will not cut funding, just listen to Chuck Schumer's words about about a new "smart and tough" approach to Iraq. Schumer and many other dems know that if they cut and run from Iraq they will be blamed for it's failure, and 2 years from now Pelosi and Reid will be back in the minority.
