Latest numbers at 7:30 PM show only 94.81 percent of precincts reporting.
Who knows how many votes that represents. But, if all precincts were the same size (a big if), it would represent 124,678 votes remain to be counted if the total vote of 2,493.567 represents 94.81%. Of course, these could all be small precincts. But, even so, 5% still not reporting. Is it conceivable this could change the outcome?
Not only absentees aren't counted. They're still counting regular votes.
The big difference will come from mistakes found in the canvassing.
Last year the AG race had a difference of 3400 votes (about) on election night but after the canvas there was only a difference of about 340 in the official count. Mistakes had been made.
