When it rains... I wonder if I should put forward an initiative to give the government's money to, oh, I donno, gas stations. Call it the 'gas price reduction act.' A dollar for every gallon of gasoline sold.

I bet it'd pass.

One of the most dishonest, deceitful ballot amendments in the history of American politics dovetailing corrupt Claire McCaskill.

This stem cell stuff is really a losing issue for us. The Dems can always drag out a some crippled celebrity or other sad case to tug heart strings of the moron public.

I always call it snake oil research. It makes the point nicely.

The problem is the Republicans don't do a very good job differentiating between adult and embryonic stem cells. The liberals and Democrats always only say "stem cells" and the Republicans never make a point to differentiate and let the public know adult stem cell research is very promising and embryonic research has had only negative results.

This never should have gotten on the ballot - someone was asleep at the switch and let the SoS defraud the state.

A constitutional right to clone? Any other industries need constitutional help? Try Missouri.

I may be sorry I live so close to Missouri when God decides to wipe it off the face of the globe.

Okay that was sort of a joke. Pretty sad results though.

Federal Law could trump that.

What a disgrace that Missouri citizens voted for this. I hope it was because they didn't do the research and didn't know what the hell they were voting for.

Just call us Missourians the baby-killers, so in order to get a cure.

Out of curiosity, what the hell is wrong with cloning? Once the science catches up with the theory, cloning will be no different than any other fertility option.

I am surprised that He has not wiped the United States of America off the face of the earth.

Just wait until the stories start appearing about the poor junky women selling their eggs to the clone mills. Some Missourians are going to be very, very sorry.
