I am not worrying about impeachment. If clinton taught us anything, it is that the impeachment ceremony does not matter to anyone.

"I am not worrying about impeachment."

You know, for a board that is supposed to be full of people who follow politics, the hysteria is almost funny.

Step back, take a breath, and think: These are all POLITICIANS. They all work for the same people... lobbyists. The Dems just want a bigger slice of the pie. If they aggressively attack, then they can expect retribution, and I would dare say, very few of them don't have some serious dirty laundry they'd rather not have aired. I saw Pelosi already softening her tone.
The Dems were like the guy who wanted to fight when there were 10 people between the combatants. Now it's face to face... they don't want to get bloody.
The Dems will make noises about investigations to play to the moonbat base. Then they'll claim no concrete evidence, and drop it. Then they'll all go back to what they do best, Republicans and Democrats, figuring out how best to increase their personal wealth and how best to stay in office.

I am not worrying about impeachment.

Neither am I. The Democrats know the Republicans don't have the balls to fight them so there will be a ton of resignations before it reaches impeachment. Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi, Teddy Kennedy, Hillary Clinton and John Kerry are busy "re-stocking" Bush's cabinet. Sooner or later, they'll get to Bush too, no matter how many people he tosses overboard.

Best way to get Dubya's numbers up is for the House to go on some half-cocked impeachment tear, instead of appearing to tend to business. Worked great for Bubba's ratings. Besides, with a 51-49 senate (assuming Webb wins and Holy Joe goes with the Dems) there isn't a snowball's chance of conviction in the senate.
