And Charlie Rangle has a plan to take money from people who work and give it to those who don't (his constituents.)

Kerry was wrong. The uneducated are not stuck in Iraq. Instead, they voted for Democrats yesterday. (new temporary tagline)

I've said for a few years that I agree with the Dims on this point. Bring the troops home. If we are not going to support them....bring them home!

Then pass a resolution that only when 1% ( 3 million ) of the American populace is dead from terrorist attacks can we even BEGIN a debate on war. It is absolutely immoral to send soldiers to fight a war and not support them.

The the baby boomers, gen Xers, and company are NOT the greatest generation.

We are cowards.

Yes, I guess the American voters showed last night they are no better than the Spaniards - and for much lesser cause.

But a lot also hung on incredible, inexplicable Republican stupidity and immorality - Foley and Hastert for instance.

Also, the Dems picked up TWO Congressional seat in Pensylvania last night - one from a long term congressman sho had a scandalous relationship with a mistress, and another from a woman named Pagett. It seems the Republican candidate in that district was indicted for some offense and stood down. The Repubs replaced him with Pagett, a state legiuslator who HAD JUST FILED BANKRUPTCY!!! Stupid, or what??

Does anyone know if the US Embassies in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Israel have helipads on the roofs?

Looks like it sucks all over.

Maybe when the Muslims are actually in our backyards slaughtering pigs and dogs, sewing crosses and stars of David on our clothes, closing our synagogues and churchs and building a mosque over the rubble of the White House
(Mohammad landed there on his magic horse after he left Jerusalem) we'll finally wise up. By then, it will be all over though.

Maybe, or maybe they'll be the ones to experience "insurgent warfare" It's almost an American invention, it's also the reason for the Second Amendment. Of course by that time it will long since be null and void, but there will be lots of cached weapons around.

Turn about is fair play.

The Palestinian forums aren't getting too worked up. One poster said "A dog goes, a dog comes."

Dumbasses.

These guys must have shot off a year's worth of ammo in celebration.

Hopefully it fell back down on top of them.

"I realize now that the same scenario may be happening sooner than we think. "

During the first Gulf War, IIRC, we encouraged an uprising in Iraq and said we would suppport it but we didn't. Many Iraqis were tortured and killed because they trusted us. Looks like it's going to happen again. I feel like someone has punched me in the gut. I've felt that way all day.
