I'm guessing that the war in Iraq was only important to people a few states where Republicans lost, huh? The rest of the country wasn't bothered by it.

Oh, and what's the Democrat's plan, by the way? What exactly were the people voting FOR in those states, Fred? Does anyone know?

Bingo. But the Republicans won't take that as the message. They'll simply think they weren't liberal enough.

It takes a bit of twisted logic to think the election was a lesson for the Republicans to move right rather than left.
