President Bush has done everything - everything - possible to make this nation safe.
And he has succeeded in this to a very large degree.
Do not attribute to him the crimes of his detractors and maligners. The faults are not his, but in those - including us - who have not done enough.
Attack the real enemies - those who wish to kill our civilization, and those of our civilization who would see it die because of their ungodly hate for the true and good and their feverish ambitions.
President Bush has done everything - everything - possible to make this nation safe.He has done a lot. Iraq was a genius move and the expansion of intelligence activities was a much-needed improvement on the past.
But real safety can only come when the issue of Who is the Enemy is very clear. The media and the Democrats have worked so hard to obfuscate this issue --- and Bush has been so inactive against them in that treasonous endeavor --- that I can't agree that Bush has done "everything possible to make this country safe".
When it comes to drawing lines and naming names --- here at home, against the worst actors in American politics --- Bush has let us all down. And he's let himself down. America would be safer --- and Bush himself would be standing much taller and prouder --- if he'd only chosen to take the domestic traitors on. But he didn't.
