The thing which worries me most is that a Dem majority in Senate means conservative nominations to the Supreme Court are highly unlikely Not necessarily. You got senators such as Nelson from Nebraska that could put a conservative over the top.

Not necessarily. You got senators such as Nelson from Nebraska that could put a conservative over the top. The problem is that Leahy will be the chairman of the Senate Judiciary committee.
