Two years ago the public turned out to support the president and the war in great numbers. Two years later the public sees no improvement in the situation in Iraq. It does not matter if that perception is correct or not. It would be the administrations job to correct the situation regardless if it is a problem of war fighting or propaganda the responsibility still remains with the president.
