I was just curious. I'm familiar with the standard QED theory. I picked up Mead's Collective Electrodymics(***) at some point, at someone's recommendation, but I've never gotten around to reading it.

(*** Actually, it's on the shelf behind me, right next to Feynman's QED. The latter is well-worn, the form is in pristine condition)
