I work for an MD who treats medi-cal patients and believe me, they learn really fast how to manipulate our system, they know it better than we do... and the taxpayers foot the bill. Over a $1000 per taxpayer in California and over $700 here in Arizona.. Then there is the polls that show Steele lost in MD because the Hispanics refused to vote for a black man...
