Found where those numbers came from... Good news. Burns polled way ahead of 2000 in Cascade.

Tester (D) 14,652 49% 100% of precincts reporting
Burns (R) 14,497 49%
Jones (L) 528 2%

Still some Hope in Yellowstone. As you say, it depends on whcih precincts that 14% is comprised of.
