Right. Those people who don't vote or vote third-party still have their own set of core interests and values, whatever they nay be, and many would make a calculated decision to vote in such a way to best serve their own interests. But the hard-core reactionsaries will not, so Jeff is somewhat right, but certainly not copletely. I don't think it's quite as black-and-white as he actually sees it.
