I'm not sure that it's very good news. Burns carried Yellowstone County by about 2600 in 2000. He needs to win by that amount or better this time around to squeak by.
Do you (or anyone else) know if MT has counted their absentees yet?
About an hour or so ago, Allen said there were absentee ballots yet to count in VA, so he wasn't conceding.
