BTW, Steele just announced he isn't conceding due to a large number of absentee ballots that haven't been counted, but obviously if the vote spread is greater than the number of absentee ballots, there's no hope. But perhaps there are more than that since he isn't conceding......yet. That would be an awful lot of absentee ballots for a population the size of MD's, though.

MD was a state where the GOP made a very big push to vote absentee, some of these states are now 25% absentee. That could be 600,000 GOP-leaning votes in MD.
