If the remaining Prince William precincts are similar to the ones already counted, Webb will tighten it a bit more (to ~4000 votes), but will not overtake Allen.
In any case, it's a nail-biter. Recount will take weeks...

Exactly right. They outstanding precinct, Prince William have been spliting the votes between Allen and Webb equally. Good point. You know the RATS are going to contest this. However, the absentees should put us comfortably over.

Well now Webb is ahead and all that is left are dems. Allen might be able to ask for recount.
