I suspect that there are a few precincts in Philly that haven't reported their results yet. You know, the ones that have the mysterious 110% voter turnout when needed.And before anyone thinks meyer made a mistake, I can assure you, Philly is sufficiently corrupt to affect the election in Virginia.
