In VA, Webb has to win 55.18% of the last 28% of the precincts just to tie Allen.
I remember doing just that kind of calculation on Bush v Gore in 2000 in FL. Then Miami-Dade and a couple of other counties last few precincts reported and had Gore winning 90% of the vote. Hope there are none left like that in VA tonight.
