Per "Steve" WIBC-Radio 1070AM Judge is currently hearing an Emergency Injunction against the Democratic Party of Marion County.
Judge says TWO of the THREE allegations are potentiaonally FELONIES!
They gave BOX LUNCHES to voters at a precinct at the Indianapolis Children's museum(Deep, Inner-City) with Democrat Literature in them, and Poll Workers giving out Dem Lit at the Signup Tables INSIDE of at least TWO precincts....
Per WIBC the allegation of using the City's Emergency Broadcast Sytem (Mecca) to urge City Employees to Vote Democrat cannot be confirmed yet....

FOX reports Allen numbers may have been transposed (showing Webb the winner).

I'll wait for Rush. As for FOX and its use of exit polls skewing "6-8% Democratic" to CALL elections--who needs those Murdochroaches?
