If early indications in Maryland and GOP rumblings can be believed, it looks like the GOP will hold on to the U.S. Senate thanks to the election of Michael Steele to the United States Senate.
Several top Republicans in DC are quietly saying they expect Michael Steele to win and Georgia House District 12 to flip to the GOP.
This will be the biggest victory for the GOP. Steele is a true leader that is articulate and doesn't mind fighting the MSM and liberal rags.
He is Democrats worst nightmare! An African American Christian Conservative who is articulate and wants to "fight the good fight."
MD GOPers ...... get out and vote!!!! Proudly voted for Steele and Ehrlich this morning in Harford County.

Drive them, buy them a beer, do whatever it takes. But be there.

If we can get Steele in MD and Allen in VA early, that could start the big wave!

By the way, this is excellent news for Ehrlich. There may be ticket splitting between O'Malley and Steele, but there is little chance of the converse.
Southern MD voting ...
Here in St. Marys county there were no lines at all just before lunchtime (everyone I talked to at work had already voted this morning) ... 11:30-ish. When I walked into my polling place there were 5 of 12 (approximately) being used and no one in line. I gave my drivers license and in 2 minutes I was in front of the ballot machine. Took another 3 minutes to cast my vote for the Man of Steele and governor Ehrlich ...
On my way out there were many military folks going in to vote.
I really hope Steele wins ...
Dont believe ANY reports from MSM about voter turnout, GO VOTE !!!
I voted for Steele at 7:10am. I'm so anxious to have the results.
