AMA and ACEP are two of the organizations that I've told to KMA. Especially JAMA when they advocated government controlled single payer health care. Those that can't do ....teach and publish. and mentally wh@ck off about patient care.
sorry I didn't reply sooner. The ref. to the Kansas Medical Association puzzled me for a few hours there. The editorial policy of NEJM is by the lawyers for the lawyers down the line.
