I got the same email and it is probably authentic.

If authentic, it likely was written last night and they were going to send it out regardless of their impression of turnout.

Agree that it is probably authentic. With a 2:1 dem to rep registration ratio, Ehrlich needs a very high Republican turnout to beat the arrogant O'Malley. So he's just trying to rally the MD GOP troops with the E-mail. I've heard reports that MD turnout has been high on WCBM radio in Baltimore, and there are alot of middle-of-the-road dems that like Ehrlich.
