Yup.. this plane is over weight, and were in the world are they going to get rid of more weight ? not fly PAX on it ?
They would have to use more lightweight materials in the interior, such as composite materials for all the seat frames, etc...
but that raises the price of the plane greatly and the customers are going to demand Airbust pay for these, not them.
