LS-- You had been predicting GOP gains in both houses. Are you backing off from that a bit now? ;-) I don't care if they lose a few as long as they are in the majority. I am cautiously optimistic, but realistic as always.
I think it will be hard to get that extra seat in the House. I simply did not count on two resignations and two scandals. Weldon particularly hurt---he should have been completely safe. I think we're looking at -3, but there is STILL, if the stars align, a possibility of +1. Every single break has to go our way.
In the Senate, definitely, +1 and maybe +2. With Bouchard closing, it could even be +3.
