I placed the "X" next to the people, for whom I was voting, INSIDE the ballot, then folded it.
The OUTSIDE of the ballot was to be marked only for a "primary" election, not a "general" election, which takes place in November in the US.

There are many more registered voters in that
town than there are people of voting age.
There is no political will to cleanup
the system as the DEMs have it right as
they like it.
Voted a little while ago here in Jersey.
You still do not have to show any ID.
Not even for residency let alone identity.
What's to keep me from having five different
voting names scattered around my area???....JJ61
