I was so filled with thanksgiving to God and to our veterans and troops yesterday. That always happens to me on voting day. In God we trust is always true of all those who are His, who are in love with Him and who are His Called, Chosen, and Elect. Light shines in darkness; darkness has never yet overcome light, but the very opposite is true. Let us live in the Light of God in the face of Jesus Christ, the Word and the Spirit. May we be found faithful, joyful in Jesus, at His Coming, amen. Amen, .30Carbine.
I admit to being very distressed and disappointed in the direction our country has taken. But, as has happened throughout my life, God has surrounded me with people who keep me focused on His Truth and joyful in His Promise. Thank you for the Truth you bring here. You carry His Light and His Light never fails to put things in perspective. His Light never fails. :-)

Thank you so much for that. Posts such as yours move me to tears at the mercy of God Who Lives, and chose to live in me. I too fought to stay focused on Jesus all day yesterday. The struggle to do so, we must remember as these days progress, is the working of our faith, and its increase.
