This is a HUGE lib strong hold. We should be getting killed in early voteing - and its only 10,000 votes considering the its little San Fransisco down there.

Absentee voters are traditionally Republican.
Good news down Florida way,but don't get TOO excited.

32,094 Democrats, 23,547 Republicans
Overall thats outstanding for Dem Vs republican votes in Miami Dade as a snap shot

Sounds to me like the republicans are pissed more at the donks than disgust with the republicans and they are worried what a Pelosi house and Reid senate could bring. The donks are looking at a very long and disappointing election. Good, srew them.

Miami Dade is not a HUGE liberal stronghold. Bush got 41% of the vote when I was living there in 2000.
West County is heavily Cuban, and heavily Republican. The coast (Jews, gays, metros) and North County (blacks) are heavily Democratic.
If this was Palm Beach or Broward County, I would be more excited.

Lots of old people--afraid of touch voting and longlines and predominately Dem..This is not a good sign for the Dems, I think.

Looks good. If these results have the same for as tomorrow, it's going to be a long day for the Dems.

Broward doesn't look too good. Democrats out-vote Republicans almost 4:1 in early voting. Absentee ballots are about 50-50 (I hope mine was counted.)

Sounds to me that the republicans are VERY motivated. The pollsters ask the wrong questions and then come to the wrong conclusions.
I'm a conservative repub, I am not very happy and I'm certainly not motivated, but I will certainly vote.

Lawyers for the DNC to demand a recount tomorrow morning as that just can't be right! Something's wrong! CNNMSNBCABCCBS all said it was going to be a Tidal Wave Win for the Dems. < / sarc

41% of the vote is a huge liberal stronghold. Hell Bush would get that out of the bay area in California. 59% vote against is definetely liberal.

Yes I can see that, however with all the media bias and "dems are going to win" you would think it would be much much lower.

Bush only received 22% of the vote in San Fran county. 59% is "lean Dem", not heavily Dem.
In Broward County, Bush only got 35% of the vote.
I think you red county-ites are spoiled by having Bush/Pubbies win with 70%.
