Is this a sneaky underhanded way of coming out?

This is an example of liberal insanity. It isn't about homophobia it is about nature. What kind of person believes that one does not have any control over who they sleep with?
It comes down to that for me. Homosexuality is not normal and will never be. It is a fringe sexual behavior and it is one of many that all have very similar dynamics. I don't really care what these people do with other adults in their personal lives but when they cross the line into the public square with their obscene lifestyle they must be pushed back and put in their place.

Some day this issue will play a huge role in breaking the dam of civility in this country (it really already has). This is one of many reasons including property rights and abortion where it is critical to have conservative judges who will not make up the constitution as they go.

There is actually a lot of speculation that Herman Melville was in fact gay. So Moby may have that "gay gene" swimming around in his gene pool.

Seriously, wishing for a gay child is like hoping for a child who is blind or crippled.

Then again, Moby would probably want a child who has some kind of genetic disease so that he can appear in TV ads telling people that the Republican meanies are causing this condition because they don't want to shell out corporate welfare to biotech companies for worthless embryonic stem-cell research.

In an interview with Planet Out, a publication geared toward homosexuals, the musician, who is not "gay," was lamenting so-called homophobia in society when he suggested his future child should be raised to be a homosexual.

He's not gay?

If you ever had a sighting of Moby on the streets of New York City, as I have, you would want to do everything in your power to discourage him from "raising a family"/ the guy is clueless. He thinks diet determines your political consciousness.

"I ask this because Christ, at least in the New Testament that I have, never mentioned homosexuality, so we thus don't know what Christ might have thought about homosexuality. Why is the church so up in arms about an issue that Christ never seemed to have mentioned? And why does the church so routinely gloss over so many of the issues that Christ actually did talk about? It just makes no sense to me."

Moby, I don't know which New Testament you have, but take a look at this:

Romans 1 - 22Although they claimed to be wise, they became fools 23and exchanged the glory of the immortal God for images made to look like mortal man and birds and animals and reptiles.

24Therefore God gave them over in the sinful desires of their hearts to sexual impurity for the degrading of their bodies with one another. 25They exchanged the truth of God for a lie, and worshiped and served created things rather than the Creator—who is forever praised. Amen.

26Because of this, God gave them over to shameful lusts. Even their women exchanged natural relations for unnatural ones. 27In the same way the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another. Men committed indecent acts with other men, and received in themselves the due penalty for their perversion.

28Furthermore, since they did not think it worthwhile to retain the knowledge of God, he gave them over to a depraved mind, to do what ought not to be done. 29They have become filled with every kind of wickedness, evil, greed and depravity. They are full of envy, murder, strife, deceit and malice. They are gossips, 30slanderers, God-haters, insolent, arrogant and boastful; they invent ways of doing evil; they disobey their parents; 31they are senseless, faithless, heartless, ruthless. 32Although they know God's righteous decree that those who do such things deserve death, they not only continue to do these very things but also approve of those who practice them.

I'm not too worried about the possibility of a future Moby, jr. Remember the old Johnny Carson joke, "If you believe that, you probably believe there's a Rex Reed, Jr."?

Moby, whose real name is Richard Melville Hall, traces his ancestry back to Herman Melville, author of the classic whale epic "Moby Dick."

Moby should have taken Ishmael's other option--the cap and ball.

"drinking a lot of extra soy milk while she's pregnant"

The question we have to ask ourselves now is... Exactly how long have the libs known that soy milk causes homosexuality?

Like maybe drinking a lot of extra soy milk while she's pregnant, or anything that would work to make that happen.

There was never any chance that I would drink the stuff anyway, but just in case he knows something I don't I'm going to avoid it like the plague.
