I used to live near Xavier Prep High School on Magazine Street,the exclusive black girl's high school at the time.I would say at least 80% of the students were mulatto or Creole while the majority of public school kids are dark skinned.
In New O,skin color and social class go hand in hand.Even in ghetto schools,the light skinned honeys got way more props from not only the boys,but the TEACHERS as well!

That was in Greenville, one of my jobs with the PD was a continuous investigation of the Klan.

The sec. of the klavern in Greenville was super dumb, after each klan meeting I use to arrest him for speeding, 27 in a 25 mhp zone or something like that, would take him to the jail, lock him up, Xerox the minutes of the meeting, let him out and go all over the same after the next meeting.
