Good one. FReepers are on it already. The party of abortion, gay marriage, NAMBLA, and separation of church and state wants the religious vote. HA!

I remember how the left went nuts when George Bush said that Jesus was "influential" to him. But the leftists use religion all the time. Every leftist politician more or less says something like, "I know that Jesus, were he alive today, assuming he even existed, would be all for gay marriage, abortion under all circumstances, gun control, good relations with North Korea and Iran, raising the minimum wage to $40 an hour, sex between minors and adults as long as the relationship is 'loving', banning cars to save the environment..." Their wish list is always the same and they often use religious platitudes about "equality."
