I have about a cup of cooked apples left and want to wrap it in some sort of pastry, just for myself while I'm waiting for the verdict. Any ideas? Sounds TOO darn GOOD!
Maybe over ice cream or a graham cracker crust? Easy to make and quick. Butter, sugar and graham cracker crumbs.

You can actually do an apple quesadilla, really good if you lightly fry it, add a little cinnamon, glass of Brandy :-)

I'm in Culinary Arts at a local college, going for a degree. I've been making bagels from scratch all this last week for caterings. I've done 4 varieties: Plain, Cinnamon Raisin, Garlic, and Parmesean. They've been received quite well. I plan on making more later this week at home.
