We bought those light bulbs with the full spectrum light for the winter. At $7 a pop, they sure better make me HAPPY HAPPY!
I'm going to try those. I live in Western Michigan where we will see very little sun until spring.
I couldn't live without them ... I worked for OTT-Lite for years .. they make all kinds of full-spectrum bulbs/lamps. In my small 1 bd apt., I have 18 of their lamps and bulbs .. LOL. The light is just fabulous and so uplifting and cheering on gloomy days. Natural/full spectrum light is really like a nutrient...a food .. it's vital.
