1-Florida's constitution is far too easy to amend.

2-Most of the amendments on the ballot in recent years have not been constitional issues and did not belong on the ballot.

3-Amending the constitution in Florida should be made MUCH more difficult or you have a state run by referendum (practically mob rule). Non-constitutional issues that end up passing are nearly impossible to rescind.

I agree with you on ALL THREE points.... but this is not the answer.... If the legislature did their job, and took up these issues than the people would not need to take the matter into their own hands...... I would rather vote NO on all the issues that are NOT constitutional matters than change the process in any way....
