Morris just said (I am watching the video of the H&C interview with him on video) that he has a lot to attone for.

He is just saying that the problem is that only 69% of Republicans and 80% of the Democrats said they will get out and vote for their own respective candidates.

The election all depends on the conservative and Republican base. If everyone turns out, we win, if they don't they are helping the Dems take control of Congress.

Can Alan Colmes get any more self-righteous and priggish? He seems to believe that all democrats are saints, and the suggestion that they are somehow against wiretaps is ridiculous. "This ad misrepresents democrat positions"--this from the party that has lied repeatedly about everything from the "Mission Accomplished" banner to Saddam Hussein's nuclear intentions.

Ignorant, self-important, wallet-stealing, hatefilled thugs, all of them.

Where did they come up with the numbers for voter participation this time? I really don't believe it. I can't see 80% of Democrats going out to vote in this mid-term election. They may SAY they will. That is such a high number, even for a Presidential year, which this of course is not. And 69% of Republicans? What is the usual number?
