Dims always have smaller turnout at the midterms. If the weather is bad, they will turn out at even lower numbers. I wish there was one huge storm system that would cover 90% of the country, but that seems unlikely.
A few minor Katrinas in Dem areas would be nice, but that won't stop us. I go out in the rain , in my jammys, and look like superchicken. Only problem I might have is my Driver license as ID. Chickens can't vote unless they are a democrat!
