The caption (from Vietnam Veterans Against John Kerry) says:

Then there is this image of Kerry being arrested on the green at Lexington MA, the place where the events leading up to the Revolutionary War culminated (I consider that the revolution started at Concord a bit latter that same day, April 19, 1775).
