I have a fancier program; Microsoft's Digital Image Suite with Pinnacle, but like the ones I'm used to.
Painting is something I have always done.
oh.. yea it's nice to have something that you're used to(although it would save you some time learning to use layers) paint.net is very similar to photoshop(not as good but nothing is) ;)
